Mespirit is a Psychic type Legendary Pokemon introduced in Generation 4. Mespirit has no known evolutionary line, and is one of the three Lake Guardians, along with Uxie and Azelf. Mespirit is also the bringer of Emotion.

Azelf

The Willpower Pokemon

Azelf is a Psychic type Legendary Pokemon introduced in Generation 4. Azelf has no known evolutionary line, and is one of the three Lake Guardians, along with Uxie and Mespirit. Azelf is also the bringer of willpower.

Dialga

The Temporal Pokemon

Dialga is a Steel/Dragon type Legendary Pokemon introduced in Generation 4. Dialga has no knwon evolutionary line, and is a member of the creation trio, being the Pokemon representing time.

Palkia

The Spatial Pokemon

Palkia is a Water/Dragon type Legendary Pokemon introduced in Generation 4. Palkia has no known evolutionary line, and is a member of the creation trio, being the Pokemon representing space.

Giratina

The Renegade Pokemon

Giratina is a Ghost/Dragon type Legendary Pokemon introduced in Generation 4. Giratina has no known evolutionary line, but has two forms, Altered Form and Origin Form. Giratina is a member of the creation trio, being the Pokemon representing antimatter.

Heatran

The Lava Dome Pokemon

Heatran is a Fire/Steel Legendary Pokemon introduced in Generation 4. Heatran has no known evolutionary line. Heatran is the only Legendary Pokemon that can be either male or female, and has a unique typing.

Regigigas

The Clossal Pokemon

Regigigas is a Normal type Legendary Pokemon introduced in Generation 4. Regigigas has no known evolutionary line. Regigigas will be in deep slumber unless the Legendary Titans Regirock, Regice, and Registeel are all gathered. Regigigas is the trio master of the Legendary Titans.

Cresselia

Cresselia is a Psychic type Legendary Pokemon introduced in Generation 4. Cresselia has no known evolutionary line, and is a member of the Lunar duo with Darkrai.

Manaphy

Manaphy is a water type Mythical Pokemon introduced in Generation 4. Manaphy has no known evolutionary line, but Manaphy can breed, the resulting offspring being Phione. Manaphy is a member of the Sea Guardians with Phione.

Phione

The Sea Drifter Pokemon

Phione is a Water type Pokemon introduced in Generation 4. Phione's status as a Mythical Pokemon has been conflicted between official sources. Phione has no known evolutionary line, but they hatch from eggs produced from a Manaphy and Ditto breeding.

Darkrai

Darkrai is a Dark type Mythical Pokemon introduced in Generation 4. Darkrai has no known evolutionary line, and is a member of the Lunar duo with Cresselia.

Shaymin

The Gratitude Pokemon

Shaymin is a Grass type Mythical Pokemon introduced in Generation 4. Shaymin has no known evolutionary line, but has two formes: Land Form and Sky Form. The Sky Form is a Grass/Flying type.

Arceus

Arcues is a Normal type Mythical Pokemon introduced in Generation 4. Arceus has no known evolutionary line, but it can change its type depending on what plate or z-crystal it is holding. Arceus is the trio master of the both the Lake Guardians as well as the Creation trio.Arceus is said to have possibly created the entire Pokemon world.
